Recap: Towson vs. North Dakota St

Towson, MD (Sports Network) - Led by 16 points from Mike Felt, the North Dakota State Bison defeated the Towson Tigers, 65-48, in a non-conference bout at the Towson Center.

Chris Kading added 11 points for the Bison (9-3), while Taylor Braun chipped in with 10 points.

For the Tigers (4-7), Mike Burwell finished with 14 points and Bilal Dixon pulled down 11 rebounds.

North Dakota State shot 45.8 percent from the field in the first half, including 4-of-9 from beyond the three-point arc, to take a 28-25 lead into halftime. Towson managed to make just 35.7 percent of its field goal attempts in the half, including 3-of-11 from three-point range.

The Bison opened the second half on an 11-2 run to take a double-digit lead. Towson would get no closer than six the rest of the way as the Bison snagged the road win.

North Dakota State outscored the Tigers in the paint, 24-16, and it had a slight edge on the boards, 37-32.
