Recap: Dartmouth vs. Brown

Hanover, NH (Sports Network) - Rafael Maia scored a game-high 21 points to lead the Brown Bears to a 62-50 victory over the Dartmouth Big Green in Ivy League play at Leede Arena.

Sean McGongaill added 12 points and five assists and Tucker Halpern contributed 10 points off the bench for Brown (8-9, 2-1 Ivy League) which has won four of its last five games. Lead scorer Matt Sullivan had just five points on 2-of-7 shooting in the win.

Connor Boehm scored 16 points as the only player in double figures for Dartmouth (4-13, 0-3) which has lost three of its last four.

Maia scored 12 of his points in the first half and the Bears shot 61.9 percent from the floor as they went into halftime leading 33-23.

Dartmouth was able to improve to 58.8 percent shooting in the second half but was never able to come any closer than 10 points to the Bears.

Brown outscored Dartmouth in the paint, 28-12.
