Recap: North Dakota St vs. Youngstown St

Pittsburgh, PA (Sports Network) - Mike Felt scored 24 points and Lawrence Alexander added 17 points to lead North Dakota State to an 83-80 overtime-win over Youngstown State in a regional matchup of the Legends Classic.

Taylor Braun chipped in with 12 points and Marshall Bjorklund donated 11 for the Bison (3-1), who will face Duquesne on Tuesday.

Kendrick Perry scored a game-high 34 points and Kamren Belin added 15 for the Penguins (3-1), who fell for the first time this season. Youngstown State will face James Madison on Tuesday.

The Penguins trailed 64-61 with 10 seconds left and were forced to foul Brett Vandenbergh.

Vandenbergh, however, missed a pair of free throws and Perry grabbed the rebound, quickly pushed it down the court and nailed a desperation 3-pointer to knot it up at 64-64.

A pair of Felt free throws gave the Bison a 74-72 lead in overtime before he nailed a deep 3-pointer to go up 77-72. North Dakota State pushed it to 83-77 before a Perry 3-pointer at the buzzer accounted for the final margin.
