Recap: Ga Southern vs. Wofford

Statesboro, GA (Sports Network) - Karl Cochran scored 16 points and Spencer Collins posted a double-double as the Wofford Terriers defeated the Georgia Southern Eagles, 53-47, in a Southern Conference brawl at Hanner Fieldhouse.

Collins had 14 points and 11 rebounds and Lee Skinner put in 11 points while coming a rebound shy of his own double-double for Wofford (12-17, 6-10 SoCon) which had lost back-to-back games entering play.

Cochran, Collins and Skinner combined to score 25 points in the second half as the Terriers shot 46.2 percent from the field to close out the victory.
