Recap: Austin Peay vs. Gardner-Webb

Cancun, MX (Sports Network) - Donta Harper scored 21 points and grabbed eight rebounds to help the Gardner-Webb Runnin' Bulldogs claim the Mayan Division title in the Cancun Challenge with a 72-62 victory over the Austin Peay Governors.

Max Landis had 16 points for Gardner-Webb (4-3), which got 11 points apiece from Tyler Strange and reserve Jerome Hill.

The Runnin' Bulldogs shot 51.6 percent in the second half and held a 46-30 advantage on the boards for the game.

Travis Betran paced the Governors (2-3) with 18 points and Chris Horton added 10 in defeat.
