Recap: LSU vs. Missouri

Baton Rouge, LA (SportsNetwork.com) - Shavon Coleman scored 19 points and Jordan Mickey posted a double-double as the LSU Tigers completed a 77-71 victory over the Missouri Tigers in SEC play at the Maravich Center.

Mickey finished with 14 points and 13 rebounds to with five blocks for LSU (12-5, 3-2 SEC), which has won three of its last four. Johnny O'Bryant III added 16 points and Andre Stringer chipped in 12.

Jabari Brown poured in a game-high 28 points to pace Missouri (14-4, 2-3). Jordan Clarkson tacked on 19 points and Earnest Ross tallied 16 points and 11 rebounds.

LSU staked itself to a 38-33 lead at halftime by shooting 41,.9 percent from the floor, including a 6-of-17 showing from beyond the arc. Missouri connected on 40 percent from the field in the frame.

The hosting Tigers improved to 46.4 percent shooting in the second half, while the visitors netted just 38.7 percent to let the game slip away.

LSU had a 43-38 edge on the boards and scored 14 second chance points to Missouri's 10.
