Pittsburgh, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Lamar Patterson and Talib Zanna each scored 16 points to lead the Pittsburgh Panthers to a 78-69 triumph over the Penn State Nittany Lions at Petersen Events Center as part of the Big Ten/ACC Challenge.

After 13 ties and nine lead changes, the Panthers took the lead for good with 5:04 left on a pair of Robinson free throws, and they ended the game on a 20-10 run to pull away.
