Recap: Utah vs. Arizona State

Salt Lake City, UT (SportsNetwork.com) - Delon Wright tallied 22 points, nine rebounds and six assists as the Utah Utes cruised past the Arizona State Sun Devils, 86-63, in a Pac-12 Conference matchup at the Huntsman Center.

Jordan Loveridge scored 18 points with six rebounds, and Renan Lenz came off the bench to net 14 points for Utah (18-9, 7-8 Pac-12). Princeton Onwas chipped in 12 points and five boards as the Utes won their fourth contest in their last six games.

Shaquielle McKissic netted 16 points with five rebounds to pace Arizona State (19-8, 8-6). Bo Barnes scored 11 points with seven rebounds, and Egor Koulechov contributed 11 points of his own with eight boards. The Sun Devils have now lost two games in a row.

The two teams offensively were polar opposites in the first half. Utah connected on 58.6 percent of its field goal tries, and hit 13-of-19 from the free-throw line to take a 51-26 lead into the intermission. Arizona State shot a dismal 26.5 percent from the floor in the frame.

The Sun Devils managed to make up two points from the halftime deficit, despite shooting just 35.5 percent from the field in the second period. The Utes hit 47.8 percent of their attempts in the half, but went just 1-of-5 from 3-point distance.

Utah held the advantage in points in the paint, 38-26, and outrebounded ASU, 44-36.
