Recap: Air Force vs. Colorado

USAFA, CO (SportsNetwork.com) - Josh Scott scored 16 points and collected 13 rebounds as the Colorado Buffaloes took down the Air Force Falcons, 81-57, in a non-conference tilt at Clune Arena.

Askia Booker added 13 points and Xavier Johnson finished with 11 for Colorado (7-1).

Tre' Coggins dropped in 18 points but also had seven turnovers for Air Force (3-4).

In the first half the Buffaloes hit on 46.2 percent of their field goal tries, including 5-of-13 from beyond the arc, to take a 34-24 lead at the break. Air Force was successful on only 40.9 percent of its field goal tries during the period.

After halftime the Buffaloes dropped in 46.9 percent of their field goal tries and went 13-of-16 from the free-throw line to coast to the victory.

Colorado outscored Air Force 21-5 off turnovers and 20-2 on second chance points.
