Recap: Princeton vs. Yale

Princeton, NJ (SportsNetwork.com) - T.J. Bray poured in 19 points to lead the Princeton Tigers to a 57-46 victory over the Yale Bulldogs in an Ivy League bout at Jadwin Gymnasium.

Spencer Weisz posted 14 points and seven rebounds for Princeton (16-8, 4-6 Ivy), which has won two of three. Hans Brase scored 12 points and also collected seven boards for the home team.

For Yale (14-11, 8-3), losers of two straight, Justin Sears paced all scorers with 22 points to go with nine rebounds and three blocks, while Javier Duren registered 13 points, five rebounds, four assists and three steals.

Despite getting outshot from the field in the first half, 40.9 percent to 34.6 percent, Princeton held a slight 27-26 lead at intermission by outscoring Yale from 3-point range, 15-3.

With the game tied at 36 with under nine minutes to play, the Tigers went on a 10-0 run to put the Bulldogs in the rearview mirror.

Yale finished with more turnovers (16) than field goals (15) on the evening, and Princeton scored 19 points off of the Bulldogs' miscues.
