Recap: UNLV vs. Cal State Fullerton

Las Vegas, NV (SportsNetwork.com) - Bryce Dejean-Jones paced four teammates in double figures with 19 points, as the UNLV Runnin' Rebels downed the Cal State Fullerton Titans, 83-64, in a non-conference clash at the Thomas & Mack Center.

Dejean-Jones also added seven rebounds and six assists for UNLV (9-4), which has won six in a row. Roscoe Smith (17 points, 14 rebounds) and Khem Birch (12 points, 10 rebounds) both tallied double-doubles, while Kevin Olekaibe also scored 12 points.

For Fullerton (5-8), Michael Williams scored 13 points, while Steve McClellan and Josh Gentry netted 11 apiece.

UNLV outshot Fullerton from the field in the first half, 48 percent to 37.9 percent, as it took a comfortable 39-27 lead at the break.

The Rebels' advantage was never in doubt in the second half, as their lead swelled to as many as 26.

UNLV won despite a lackluster 16-of-34 showing from the free-throw line (.471).
