Recap: Troy vs. Ark-Little Rock

Troy, AL (SportsNetwork.com) - Ben Dillard scored 18 points as the Arkansas- Little Rock Trojans escaped with a 62-55 victory over the Troy Trojans in a Sun Belt Conference bout at Trojan Arena.

UALR (13-15, 8-8 Sun Belt) ended a five-game losing streak with the win.

Tevin Calhoun tallied 16 points and Hunter Williams and Jeff Mullahey each had 12 for Troy (9-18, 4-11), which has lost four of its last five.

UALR headed into the locker room, leading, 29-24. The visitors sank 46.2 percent from the floor in the first half, which was better than the 40.9 percent effort from Troy.

Each team had only eight field goals in the second frame, with UALR managing to sink 15-of-18 at the free-throw line to hold off the hosts.

UALR forced 20 turnovers in the contest and never trailed.
