Recap: Tulsa vs. Old Dominion

Tulsa, OK (SportsNetwork.com) - James Woodard paced four teammates in double figures with 14 points, as the Tulsa Golden Hurricane dismantled the Old Dominion Monarchs, 76-37, in Conference USA action at the Reynolds Center.

Tim Peete added 12 points for Tulsa (13-12, 8-3 C-USA), winners of three in a row, while Rashad Smith and Brandon Swannegan poured in 11 and 10 points, respectively. Swannegan also added six rebounds and five blocks to his performance.

For ODU (12-14, 6-5), Ambrose Mosley scored 12 points off the bench and Richard Ross netted 11.

Tulsa set the tone early, shooting 57.1 percent from the field in the first half en route to a 40-20 lead at intermission.

The Golden Hurricane actually improved their field goal shooting in the second half (.579) as they cruised to the dominating 39-point victory.

ODU shot a mere 27.7 percent from the field on the afternoon and finished with 22 turnovers compared to just 13 field goals.
