Recap: SE Missouri St vs. SIU Edwardsville

Cape Girardeau, MO (SportsNetwork.com) - Jarekious Bradley scored a game-high 18 points and made a pair of free-throws with one second left to seal the game in the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks' 82-78 win over the SIU Edwardsville Cougars in an Ohio Valley clash at the Show Me Center.

Tyler Stone contributed 15 points for the Redhawks (11-9, 3-4 OVC), who have now won three of their past four contests. Nino Johnson notched 13 points while Josh Langford added 10.

The Cougars (6-14, 3-4) were led by Rozell Nunn and his 15 points. Maurice Wiltz, Donivine Stewart and Tim Johnson all scored 14 points. Keaton Jackson chipped in 10 points.

The Redhawks had a dominating first half in which they hit 60 percent of their field goal attempts, compared to just 40.6 percent for the visiting team. SEMO led 50-35 at intermission.

In the second half the Cougars nailed 7-of-13 shots from beyond the arc to come storming back. They cut their deficit to a single point twice in the final 10 secvonds, but Redhawks connected on 3-of-3 from the free throw line in that time to hold on.

The Redhawks dominated the interor, outscoring the Cougars 46-18 in the paint and outrebouning them 42-32.
