Recap: Idaho State vs. Montana

Pocatello, ID (SportsNetwork.com) - Jordan Gregory scored a game-high 21 points to lead the Montana Grizzlies to a 59-54 victory over the Idaho State Bengals in a Big Sky Conference clash at Reed Gym.

Keron DeShields added 13 points for Montana (8-8, 3-4 Big Sky), which had lost three of four entering play.

Tomas Sanchez tallied 13 points and Chris Hansen tacked on 12 for Idaho State (6-10, 3-4), which has lost four of its last five. Andre Hatchett and Evann Hall chipped in 11 points apiece.

The Bengals claimed a 30-21 lead at halftime by shooting 46.2 percent from the floor while limiting the Grizzlies to only eight field goals.

Montana got it going in the second half, netting 50 percent from the floor, including 8-of-15 from beyond the arc. Idaho State could not keep up, only sinking 33.3 percent from the field in the frame.

The Grizzlies doubled up the Bengals from 3-point range (36-18).
