San Francisco, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Avry Holmes nailed a jumper with 12 seconds remaining to lift the San Francisco Dons to a 64-62 victory over the San Diego Toreros in a West Coast Conference conflict at War Memorial Gymnasium.

Despite shooting 57.1 percent from the floor in the second half, the Dons were tied 62-62 with the Toreros after Anderson nailed a jumper and Thomas Jacobs split a pair of free throws in a 10-second span in the final minute. However, Holmes saved the game for San Francisco with his last-second shot.
