Recap: Milwaukee vs. Cleveland State

Milwaukee, WI (SportsNetwork.com) - Anton Grady recorded a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds for the Cleveland State Vikings in their decisive 77-49 win over the Milwaukee Panthers in a Horizon League matchup at U.S. Cellular Arena.

Trey Lewis scored 17 while Charlie Lee had 10, and both added four assists to help the Vikings (9-7, 1-1 Horizon) win their third game in four outings. Jon Harris came off the bench to score eight points and grab nine rebounds, helping his team to a 35-24 rebounding advantage.

The Panthers (11-5, 1-1 Horizon) ended their two-game win streak in a game that saw their bench score only four points. They were led by Jordan Aaron who scored 14 points and grabbed five rebounds. Matt Tiby scored 13 points, including 9-of-11 shooting from the free-throw line, and Steve McWhorter scored 10 points on 6-of-6 shooting from the charity stripe.

The Vikings dominated the initial half and opened up a 27-11 less than seven minutes in. Lewis had 14 points at the break as the Vikings took a first- half lead, 37-23.

Grady scored six of the Vikings' first eight points to begin the second half. The Panthers never made a run and were behind by double-digits the entire period. After having only two assists in the opening frame, the Panthers had none in the second half. Their shooting dropped in the second half to 26.1 percent.

The Vikings converted 8-of-15 from behind the arc for the game, while the Panthers went 0-of-16 from 3-point range.
