Recap: Saint Josephs vs. Siena

Orlando, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Langston Galloway tallied 27 points, seven rebounds and five steals as the Saint Joseph's Hawks downed the Siena Saints, 78-66, in the consolation round of the Old Spice Classic at HP Field House.

Galloway shot 6-of-10 from beyond the arc for Saint Joseph's (3-2). Ronald Roberts netted 19 points on 9-of-13 from field, while Halil Kanacevic scored 11 points.

For Siena (2-6), Lavon Long led the way with 13 points, while Rob Poole and Maurice White registered 12 and 10 points, respectively.

Saint Joseph's ran out to a commanding 46-26 lead at the half behind 60 percent field goal shooting. Siena shot less than 40 percent from the floor in the opening 20 minutes.

The Hawks regressed to 38.9 percent from the field in the second stanza, but their advantage still never dipped below 12 points.

Saint Joseph's hot shooting night masked the fact that it was outrebounded, 38-30.

The Hawks will play Washington State in the fifth-place game on Sunday, while Siena takes on Purdue for seventh place.
