Recap: Robert Morris vs. Fair-Dickinson

Moon Township, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Lucky Jones scored 19 points with seven rebounds to lead Robert Morris to a 60-53 win over Fairleigh Dickinson in the first round of the Northeast Conference Tournament.

Anthony Myers-Pate netted 10 points for the Colonials (20-12), while Stephen Hawkins and David Appolon chipped in eight apiece.

Karvel Anderson, the 2014 NEC Player of the Year, was held scoreless on 0- for-3 shooting.

Robert Morris has won 13 straight games over Fairleigh Dickinson and improved to 8-0 under head coach Andrew Toole.

Sidney Sanders Jr. tallied 16 points to pace the Knights (10-21), who dropped their final three games to close out the regular season.

Scooter Gillette deposited 15 points and Mathias Seilund added 12 points with 10 rebounds in the setback.

Robert Morris will face St. Francis (PA) in the second round.
