Nate Sudfeld completed 21-of-39 pass attempts for 229 yards and a touchdown and was also intercepted three times for Indiana (2-2). Tre Roberson, who was Indiana's starting quarterback to begin the season, came in to throw for 148 yards and a touchdown on 8-of-14 passing during the second half. Cody Latimer brought in eight passes for 136 yards and a touchdown while Shane Wynn had five catches for 90 yards and a score.

The Tigers jumped out to a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. First Green- Beckham brought in a seven-yard touchdown pass from Franklin. Murphy then added to the Tigers' lead with a 10-yard touchdown run later in the period.

The Hoosiers were finally able to answer in the second quarter. Sudfeld threw a 10-yard touchdown pass to Latimer and Tevin Coleman scored on a two- yard touchdown run on Indiana's next possession. After the two scores the game was knotted at 14-14.

Missouri broke the tie with a one-yard touchdown run by Franklin with four minutes left before halftime.

Indiana drove the ball just past midfield on its next possession but on third down from the Missouri 46-yard line, Sudfeld was intercepted by Kony Ealy, who returned the ball 49 yards for a touchdown.

The third quarter was quiet compared to the first two quarters, with the only scoring coming on a 31-yard field goal from Andrew Baggett.

L'Damian Washington caught a 14-yard touchdown pass from Franklin early in the fourth quarter, as the Tigers pulled ahead even further.

After being shut out in the third quarter, Indiana got on the board for the first time in the second half with a 68-yard touchdown pass from Tre Roberson to Shane Wynn in the fourth period. However the ensuing two-point conversion attempt failed.

A 45-yard touchdown run from Hansbrough with just over two minutes to play pushed the Tigers ahead even further.

Roberson would score on a three-yard touchdown run with 10 seconds remaining. However, even with a successful two-point conversion, the Hoosiers didn't have enough time to make up the deficit.

Missouri finished with 623 yards of total offense and 33 first downs. Indiana had 475 total yards and a more than 13 minute deficit in time of possession.
