Conway, AR (Sports Network) - Central Arkansas will play six home games during the 2013 football season on "The Stripes" field in which they are unbeaten the last two seasons.

The Bears, who won a share of the Southland Conference title last season, will play a 12-game schedule, beginning with an Aug. 29 home game against Incarnate Word.

UCA has an 11-0 record at home since it installed a purple-and-gray-striped turf before the 2011 season.

The Bears' other home games are against McNeese State (Oct. 5), NCAA Division II Nebraska-Kearney (Oct. 12), Stephen F. Austin (Oct. 26), Southeastern Louisiana (Nov. 9) and Sam Houston State (Nov. 23), with whom UCA shared the Southland title last season.

The road portion of UCA's schedule is highlighted by a Sept. 7 visit to the University of Colorado. Coach Clint Conque's squad also will visit UT Martin (Sept. 14), Missouri State (Sept. 21), Lamar (Oct. 19), Northwestern State (Nov. 2) and Nicholls State (Nov. 16).

UCA finished 9-3 overall and reached the second round of the FCS playoffs for the second consecutive season last year.
