Lafayette to play five at home in 2013

Easton, PA (Sports Network) - The Lafayette College football team will kick off its 2013 schedule with the first of five home games on Sept. 7 against Sacred Heart.

Coach Frank Tavani's squad, coming off a 5-6 season, also will host William & Mary (Sept. 14), Bucknell (Oct. 5), defending Patriot League champion Colgate (Nov. 9) and Fordham (Nov. 16).

The Leopards will play 11 games, capping the regular season with their 149th meeting against Lehigh in Bethlehem. The Leopards hold a 76-67-5 series lead in college football's most-played rivalry, but have lost the last five meetings.
