Seattle, WA (Sports Network) - The Seattle Mariners have re-signed infielder Robert Andino to a major league contract.

Andino had been non-tendered earlier Friday.

The Mariners acquired Andino from Baltimore on Nov. 20 in a deal that sent outfielder Trayvon Robinson to the Orioles.

Andino appeared in 127 games with the O's last season, compiling a .211 average with 13 doubles, seven home runs and 28 runs batted in.

A second-round pick of the Marlins in the 2002 draft, the 28-year-old Florida native owns a career .235 average with 18 homers and 92 RBI in 439 games with the Marlins and Orioles.

The Mariners also agreed to a 2013 contract with pitcher Josh Kinney and tendered contracts to pitchers Jason Vargas and Shawn Kelley, shortstop Brendan Ryan and catcher John Jaso.
