Clearwater, FL (Sports Network) - Chris Davis' fourth-inning home run was the lone offense of the game, as Baltimore edged Philadelphia, 1-0, in Grapefruit League play.

Brian Matusz tossed four innings of three-hit ball for the win and Miguel Socolovich picked up his first save with a scoreless ninth.

Philadelphia's Joe Blanton worked three innings, giving up four hits and a walk while fanning three. Scott Elarton took the loss, charged with the lone run in four relief frames.
