Recap: Houston vs. NY Mets

Kissimmee, FL (Sports Network) - Carlos Lee hit a three-run home run to lift the Houston Astros to a 9-5 win over the New York Mets in Grapefruit League play.

Lee finished the game 2-for-3 with five RBI while Jed Lowrie went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and three RBI in the win for the Astros. Livan Hernandez lasted three innings in the start and was tagged for four runs on five hits with three walks over three innings.

Ronny Cedeno and Ron Johnson each hit a solo home run in the loss for the Mets. Mike Pelfrey saw his earned run average balloon to 14.90 as he gave up eight runs in 2 2/3 innings.
