Recap: Houston vs. St. Louis

Kissimmee, FL (Sports Network) - Matt Holliday had a two-run triple and Erik Komatsu also knocked in a pair of runs as the St. Louis Cardinals downed the Houston Astros, 6-1, in Grapefruit League action.

Kyle Lohse got the start for the Cardinals and allowed one run on three hits and two walks through five innings.

Chris Johnson's solo home run accounted for the Astros' lone run, while Jordan Lyles was touched for four runs on seven hits in a five-inning start.

Baltimore Orioles reliever Brian Matusz became the second major league pitcher in three days to be ejected from a game for having a foreign substance on his arm.
