Recap: Toronto vs. Pittsburgh

Dunedin, FL (Sports Network) - Brett Lowrie finished 2-for-3 with a two-run double and drove in four runs as Toronto beat Pittsburgh, 7-1, in the first Grapefruit League action of 2012 for both clubs.

Eric Thames added a solo homer and drove in a pair of runs for the Blue Jays, while Kyle Drabek pitched a scoreless second inning for the win.

Michael McKenry drove in the lone run for the Bucs, whose starter, James McDonald, picked up the loss after allowing a pair of runs in two full frames.
