Recap: Pittsburgh vs. Toronto

Bradenton, FL (Sports Network) - Travis Snider went 2-for-4 with three RBI and a run scored to lift the Toronto Blue Jays to an 8-5 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates in Grapefruit League play.

Anthony Gose and Adeiny Hechavarria both scored once and drove in a run for the Blue Jays. Aaron Laffey started and gave up just one run on three hits over two innings with three strikeouts.

Rod Barajas had two hits, two RBI and a run scored in the loss for the Pirates. Erik Bedard was touched for two runs with two walks and a hit over two innings of starting work.

Sprint Cup Series driver Kyle Larson was taken to a hospital for precautionary reasons after he fainted during an autograph session at Martinsville Speedway on Saturday.
