Recap: Minnesota vs. Pittsburgh

Fort Myers, FL (Sports Network) - Brian Dozier hit a two-run home run and finished with three hits, three runs scored and four RBI, helping Minnesota to a 15-3 rout of the Pirates in Grapefruit League action on Saturday.

Joe Mauer also knocked in four runs and Trevor Plouffe added three hits, one run scored and two RBI for the Twins, who saw starter Anthony Swarzak yield one run on six hits while striking out six over six innings of work.

Michael McKenry and Matt Hague each belted solo shots for the Pirates. Kevin Correia was shelled for 10 runs on 12 hits in 2 1/3 innings of work to take the loss.
