Recap: Cleveland vs. San Francisco

Goodyear, AZ (Sports Network) - Brett Pill hit a three-run homer and the San Francisco Giants topped the Cleveland Indians, 5-3, in Cactus League action on Wednesday.

Buster Posey and Hector Sanchez had two hits apiece, while Chris Stewart and Mike Fontenot knocked in runs for the Giants. Starter Eric Surkamp yielded two runs on four hits while striking out three in five innings.

Shelley Duncan clubbed a two-run homer and Jose Lopez drove in a run for Cleveland, while starter Kevin Slowey was tagged for four runs on five hits in four innings of work.
