Recap: San Francisco vs. Cincinnati

Scottsdale, AZ (Sports Network) - Jeff Francis allowed two runs on three hits over seven innings of work to earn his first win of the spring and the Reds beat the Giants 10-2 in Cactus League action on Saturday.

Francis also helped his own cause with an RBI single in the seventh, while Scott Rolen and Todd Frazier knocked in two runs apiece for the Reds.

Joaquin Arias accounted for both Giants' runs with a two-run home run in the seventh inning. Jeremy Affeldt took the loss, yielding four runs -- two earned -- on five hits in just one inning of work.
