Recap: Seattle vs. Arizona

Peoria, AZ (Sports Network) - Ryan Roberts hit a three-run home run to lead the Arizona Diamondbacks to an 8-5 win over the Seattle Mariners in spring training play.

Aaron Hill, Chris Young and Rusty Ryal each hit a solo home run for the Diamondbacks. Trevor Bauer (1-0) gave up just two runs on four hits over three innings of work to get the win.

Alex Liddi went 3-for-4 with one RBI and two runs scored for the Mariners. Jason Vargas (0-1) was touched for five runs on six hits with a walk and four strikeouts over four innings of work.
