Recap: Arizona vs. LA Angels

Scottsdale, AZ (Sports Network) - Dan Haren struck out seven batters in three innings and Alexi Amarista hit a solo homer, leading the Angels to a 3-0 win over the Diamondbacks in spring training Tuesday.

Haren gave up just one hit without a walk and four more pitchers combined on the shutout. Ariel Pena also threw three scoreless innings while Amarista had two of the team's eight hits.

Trevor Cahill was touched for two runs on five hits in three innings for the Diamondbacks, who had just two hits.
