Surprise, AZ (Sports Network) - Brian Fletcher had an RBI and scored twice as the Kansas City Royals took a 6-4 win over the Los Angeles Angels in spring training play.

Eric Hosmer had an RBI and a run scored while Alex Gordon had two hits and a run scored for the Royals. Felipe Paulino gave up one run on three hits with four strikeouts over four innings in the start.

Vernon Wells hit a solo home run while Mark Trumbo added two hits and a run scored for the Angels. C.J. Wilson gave up just three hits with five strikeouts over five innings in the start.
