Recap: LA Angels vs. Kansas City

Tempe, AZ (Sports Network) - Albert Pujols finished 4-for-4 with three runs batted in as the Angels bested the Royals, 11-8, in Cactus League action.

Kendrys Morales, Hank Conger and Mark Trumbo each launched solo home runs for Los Angeles, which overcame a poor effort from starter Eric Hurley. Hurley allowed seven runs, including three homers, on eight hits in just three innings.

Everett Teaford also gave up three home runs in his start while scattering nine hits and five runs (four earned). Jeff Francoeur, Yuniesky Betancourt and Eric Hosmer blasted homers in defeat.
