Recap: Seattle vs. Texas

Peoria, AZ (Sports Network) - Miguel Olivo clubbed a three-run homer and the Seattle Mariners posted a 6-4 win over the Texas Rangers in Cactus League play.

Jesus Montero hit a two-run double and Vinnie Catricala added a solo shot for the Mariners. Blake Beavan pitched five innings for Seattle and allowed two runs on three hits.

The Rangers got home runs from Nelson Cruz and David Murphy, while Matt Harrison gave up three hits, one of them being Catricala's blast, in his three-inning start.

Regan Smith substituted for Kyle Larson in the No. 42 Chip Ganassi Racing Chevrolet in Sunday's Sprint Cup Series race at Martinsville Speedway after Larson was sidelined due to additional medical tests following his fainting spell on Saturday.
