Sarasota, FL (Sports Network) - Nate Spears hit a three-run home run as the Boston Red Sox played to a 3-3 tie in 10 innings with the Baltimore Orioles on Saturday in Grapefruit League action.

Ryan Lavarnway added three hits and a run scored, while Aaron Cook allowed one hit and one walk in a 3 2/3-inning start for the Red Sox.

Steve Tolleson had an RBI single and Wei-Yin Chen allowed three runs on six hits and a walk in five innings on the mound for Baltimore.
