Recap: Minnesota vs. NY Yankees

Fort Myers, FL (Sports Network) - Mike Hollimon clubbed a three-run homer to lift the Minnesota Twins to a 5-1 win over the New York Yankees in Grapefruit League action.

Danny Valencia and Joe Benson also homered for the Twins. Starter Nick Blackburn limited the Yankees to three hits over three scoreless innings.

Francisco Cervelli had three hits and knocked in the lone New York run. The Yankees' Phil Hughes matched Blackburn with three scoreless frames. Hughes allowed one hit and walked one.

North Dakota State adds home game against Ferris State

Two-time defending FCS champion North Dakota State announced Wednesday the finalization of its 2013 schedule by adding a Sept. 7 home game against Ferris State.
