Recap: Boston vs. Toronto

Fort Myers, FL (Sports Network) - Travis Snider and Brian Jeroloman both hit a two-run double on Thursday and the Blue Jays downed the Red Sox, 9-2, in a spring training matchup.

David Cooper went 2-for-3 with three RBI while Jonathan Diaz and Jeff Mathis knocked in a run apiece for Toronto. Aaron Laffey went five innings in the start, allowing two runs on three hits with no walks and three strikeouts.

Kelly Shoppach hit a two-run homer for Boston and Daniel Bard gave up three runs on three hits and three walks in a five-inning start.
