Recap: St. Louis vs. Atlanta

Jupiter, FL (Sports Network) - Kolten Wong singled home the winning run with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning as the St. Louis Cardinals edged the Atlanta Braves, 5-4, in Grapefruit League play.

The Braves had tied it at 4-4 in the top of the ninth when Todd Cunningham drew a one-out walk and scored on a triple by Jordan Parraz.

Erik Komatsu scored the decisive run and added two RBI for St. Louis. Jaime Garcia started for the Cardinals and gave up a run on three hits and two walks in two innings.

Martin Prado had three hits and knocked in one of Atlanta's runs. Brandon Beachy lasted three frames for the Braves and allowed one run on two hits but walked five. He also recorded three strikeouts.
