Recap: Miami vs. NY Mets

Jupiter, FL (Sports Network) - Justin Turner went 3-for-3 with a home run and three RBI, as the New York Mets routed the Miami Marlins, 7-0, in Grapefruit League play.

Josh Thole doubled in a run and Mike Nickeas, Lucas May and Matt Den Dekker also contributed RBI for the Mets, who received two no-hit innings from starter Jonathan Niese.

Sean West gave up three runs and walked four in his 1 2/3-inning start for the Marlins, who were held to four hits in the contest.

NASCAR placed Sprint Cup Series crew chief Slugger Labbe on suspension for three races and fined him $50,000 for a rules infraction discovered during last Friday's opening-day inspection at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California.
