Recap: Miami vs. St. Louis

Jupiter, FL (Sports Network) - Omar Infante launched a first inning home run and Jeff Dominguez doubled in a run as the Marlins downed the Cardinals, 3-1, in spring training play.

John Buck knocked in the third run for Miami, who received 2 1/3 innings of no-run ball from starter Josh Johnson. Johnson gave up one hit while walking two and striking out three.

Kyle Loshe gave up one run on two hits in three innings for St. Louis, which received its lone run on an Erik Komatsu triple in the fifth.

Smith replaces Larson for Martinsville race

Regan Smith substituted for Kyle Larson in the No. 42 Chip Ganassi Racing Chevrolet in Sunday's Sprint Cup Series race at Martinsville Speedway after Larson was sidelined due to additional medical tests following his fainting spell on Saturday.
