Recap: NY Mets vs. Washington

Port St. Lucie, FL (Sports Network) - Rick Ankiel hit a solo home run to help the Washington Nationals take a 3-1 win over the New York Mets in Grapefruit League play.

Mark Teahen and Jhonatan Solano each drove in a run in the win for the Nationals. John Lannan started on the mound and gave up a run on three hits over three innings.

Daniel Murphy drove home the lone run of the game for the Mets. Dillon Gee pitched two innings in the start and gave up a run on two hits with a walk.
