Surprise, AZ (Sports Network) - Luke Hochevar struck out eight and allowed just three hits and no walks in six innings Friday, leading the Kansas City Royals to a 2-0 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers in spring training.

Mike Moustakas doubled to lead off the second inning and scored on Jason Bourgeois' single for the only run Kansas City needed.

Eric Hosmer doubled in the seventh and scored the second run on Tony Abreu's sacrifice fly.
