Recap: San Francisco vs. Oakland

San Francisco, CA (Sports Network) - Melky Cabrera hit a solo home run and drove in two as the San Francisco Giants took a 4-2 win over the Oakland Athletics in spring training action.

Brandon Belt had two hits while Angel Pagan drove in a run in the win for the Giants. Madison Bumgarner lasted four innings in the start and gave up two runs on four hits with three walks and seven strikeouts.

Eric Sogard hit a two-run homer in the third inning for the Athletics. Graham Godfrey pitched five scoreless innings in the start, yielding four hits with three strikeouts.

Larson hospitalized after fainting at autograph session

Sprint Cup Series driver Kyle Larson was taken to a hospital for precautionary reasons after he fainted during an autograph session at Martinsville Speedway on Saturday.
