Recap: Texas vs. Arizona

Surprise, AZ (Sports Network) - Jason Kubel belted a pair of homers and totaled three RBI in Arizona's 8-6 spring training win over the Texas Rangers.

Kubel had three of his team's 12 hits. Gerardo Parra went 2-for-4 with a pair of runs scored for the Diamondbacks. Joe Saunders allowed eight hits and three runs over three innings in the start. Chris Jakubauskas threw the following two frames for the victory.

Scott Feldman struggled by giving up seven hits and five runs over 4 2/3 frames, but he did have five strikeouts in taking the loss.

Ian Kinsler went 3-for-4 with a two-run homer for the Rangers. David Murphy, Michael Young and Engel Beltre each had a pair of hits and an RBI.
