Recap: San Diego vs. Milwaukee

Peoria, AZ (Sports Network) - Mat Gamel blasted a grand slam in the top of the third inning and added a solo shot in the sixth, lifting the Brewers to a 10-7 victory over the Padres in Cactus League action on Saturday.

Carlos Gomez laced a three-run home run in the sixth, while Alex Gonzalez also went deep for the Brewers. Starter Chris Narveson got the win, allowing seven runs -- three earned -- on seven hits and two walks over five innings of work.

Jesus Guzman belted a three-run homer and James Darnell added two hits and knocked in a run for San Diego. Tim Stauffer was touched for six runs on seven hits and two walks in his five innings as the starter.
