Recap: San Diego vs. Colorado

Peoria, AZ (Sports Network) - Jesus Guzman hit a grand slam in the fifth inning and the Padres downed the Rockies, 10-6, in Tuesday's spring training matchup.

Cameron Maybin added a solo home run, Chase Headley hit and RBI double and Yonder Alonso, Mark Kotsay and James Darnell had and RBI apiece for San Diego. Joe Wieland allowed six runs -- four earned -- on three hits while striking out five over 4 1/3 innings in the start.

Troy Tulowitzki hit a solo homer for Colorado while Jonathan Herrera had a two-run triple. Jhoulys Chacin gave up three runs in the start, lasting three innings and allowing seven hits while walking two.
