Recap: Arizona vs. Cleveland

Scottsdale, AZ (Sports Network) - Omir Santos singled home Mark Reynolds with the go-ahead run in the fourth inning, as the Cleveland Indians edged the Arizona Diamondbacks, 5-4, in Cactus League action.

Santos added an RBI double in the second, one frame after Michael Brantley hit a three-run homer off Arizona starter Ian Kennedy.

Cleveland starter Carlos Carrasco gave up four runs on eight hits, including a two-run double by Martin Prado.
