Fort Myers, FL (Sports Network) - Thomas Neal hit a solo home run as the New York Yankees took a 5-2 decision over the Boston Red Sox in spring training action.

Eduardo Nunez, Jayson Nix and J.R. Murphy all drove in a run for the Yankees, who got three innings of work from Adam Warren as he was charged with one run, one hit and one walk along with two strikeouts.

Mike Napoli homered for the Red Sox, who managed just four hits in the game. Ryan Dempster gave up just one hit with two strikeouts over three innings of work.
